A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to reserve a date. Our insurance prohibits us from having food served that In The Basket does not provide. Full Picnic Options Picnics 1 through 3 below include: Tableware: plates, napkins, forks, knives, cups. Serving equipment: buffet canopy (if needed), skirted & covered buffet tables, chafers, sterno, serving utensils and baskets. Grilling station staff: for the grill and buffet table.

	2. "Here's The Beef" Picnic Our award-winning beef tri-tip steak is grilled on site and served with sauteed mushrooms and onions. This is definitely the best tasting sliced beef you'll ever have from the grill. (We do a mouthwatering chicken breast, too) We grill it, slice it, then place it with Ranch-style beans, creamy coleslaw, crisp green salad with your choice of dressing, assorted fresh baked dinner rolls and butter. 	3. Southern Comfort Picnic. We smoke our baby back pork ribs slowly and carefully, then slather them with our special BBQ sauce. M-m-m. They fall off the bone and melt in your mouth. Our hickory-grilled chicken breasts are cooked to perfection, too. This is the best in barbecue and we serve it with Ranch-style baked beans, creamy coleslaw and cornbread muffins with honey butter. $15.95 per person
	4. No Frills BBQ Feast. Give us a call and order our ready-to-eat No-Frills BBQ Feast menu. It will arrive in insulated containers with napkins, utensils and heavy-duty plates for your crowd. Your guests can help themselves to delicious, shredded BBQ pork and beef sandwiches on fresh bakery buns. Our pork and beef are slow roasted and simmered in our special BBQ sauce. The sides with this serve-yourself picnic include creamy coleslaw, Ranch-style baked beans, potato chips and traditional condiments. $9.95 per person
